Pros

Opportunities abound to "make a difference". Processes are still evolving so you can put your stamp on them; don't expect anything to already be established for you. Revolving door in many positions creates lots of opportunities to get more responsibility. Money is really good for higher level management, especially bonuses. You want to make sure your job is categorized as one of the FK management levels as that participates in the worldwide bonus pool. Not super focused on cost control anymore now, still lets you fly business class internationally but with one stop required. Many people work exactly the 8:40-4:40 workday.

Cons

Unmotivated long term employees. Screwed up SAP implementation. Wasted time reporting things in 100 different formats for German parent company. German co-workers on holiday all the time and then want to compress projects into short time frames as they get 6 weeks vacation minimum. Recent offers for the potash side of the business (public, in WSJ) likely to bring changes. Move coming to a brand new modern "open" floor plan will throw L/T employees for a loop but may get rid of dead weight.
