Horrible hours (got lied to about how many i would have and they wouldnt let me pick up shifts that other people dropped for what seemed like no reason), management made a comment about rather buying liquor instead of paying his employees that show up on time. Management gossips and acts like it doesnt get back to you. Everything is super last minute if its definetly gonna rain that day youll be called into waork anyway to wait for 2 hours before you can go home or theyll make you "wait out the rain". No end of season bonus by the halfway mark of the season everyone was only getting 20-25 hours a week. No consistency at all.
