      Pros

      Management care about the team. Quarterly achievable bonus' for ALL employees. Amazing training campus in Germany, x3 training trips per employee per year and many courses to choose from. Opportunity’s to grow within the company are plentiful. Salary is good. The main point being the team are friendly and very easy to get along with.

      Cons

      The uniform looks looks cheap.

      Pros

      Flexible time, depending on who you work with you will have a friendly atmosphere; you don’t need to speak french or dutch, they are ok with English

      Cons

      Management can be bad and ignore what its employees need; late shift; hectic shifts specially when colleagues are sick and they can’t find replacement on time
