Pros
There are some really talented folks (worker bees) who could really shine in a different work environment.
Cons
Wow. Where to start. The management is from the 1950s with a CEO who screams and yells frequently (every one can hear, as the offices/cubicles are open). He'll also throw in a couple racist/sexist remarks in meetings while everyone just sort of looks at each other like, "Did he just say that?" The employees are not treated equally. Some get to work from home just because. Others don't. Same roles, different rules -- it depends on who you buddy up to. Sad state that the President is a female who, I think* cares, but doesn't have the spine to actually do anything for employees who come to her for help. She's too scared of the CEO's wrath. I can't tell you how many horror stories I've heard (and experienced) at this place. Just no. Don't be swayed or fooled by the pretty interior of the office. It's diseased.
