Pros

The company is growing and making the right moves to become one of the best in the industry. If you come to work to learn and work hard, MotherG will take care of you. There is a sense of community among employees and management alike. The company has a good client base and really cares about their customers. If you love technology, have the motivation and drive to learn and contribute, this place is a great place to work.

Cons

Companies that are growing at a fast rate will have some growing pains and MotherG is not immune from it. There has been some key changes internally to adapt to it.

Pros

I've never enjoyed coming to work as much as I have while working at MotherG. The company's core values are proudly displayed on the office wall and are exemplified within the organization by all employees, value propositions, and decisions made by team. Everyone here speaks the same language and has similar mindsets so it is very easy to work with anyone to get anything accomplished. There are no prima donnas. Awesome technology integration and support aligned with impeccable customer service are byproducts of such a precisely designed system.

Cons

You get into any job what you put in. (Note: working here is so much more than a job or career. It is a way of life...and that's good!) Everyone has heard that before. It's true here as well. There are organization goals, department goals, and personal goals. Success isn't possible unless everyone meets expectations. We don't grow, we don't progress. MotherG simply wants to be better tomorrow than they are today, which is pretty great. Not only does the organization want to succeed, but they want individuals to succeed as well. There is support for this along the way. The CON in this? Hard work pays off. Success is celebrated.
