Cons
Toxicity at its peak. This is one of the worst work cultures I have experienced. Favoritism and office politics are deeply rooted in the organization, and employees are not treated fairly. Managers often play dirty games, create unnecessary pressure, and use manipulative tactics that can seriously affect employees’ mental well-being. Mental harassment is a common concern, with employees frequently being subjected to constant scrutiny and unreasonable expectations. Even when work is completed on time and targets are met, managers often provide vague or unclear feedback, making it difficult for employees to understand what is expected of them. This behavior is sometimes used to justify placing employees on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) despite satisfactory performance. After being placed on a PIP, employees may face further mental harassment, excessive pressure, and a lack of genuine support, creating an environment that pushes many to leave the company. Rather than encouraging growth and teamwork, the environment feels hostile and stressful. Hard work goes unrecognized, while politics and personal favoritism seem to drive decisions. I would strongly advise job seekers to think twice before joining this company.
