There is no work appreciation done by manager or higher management. Company should be employee centric it's not. HR doesn't do any outreach program like they should do keep check on recently joined employee. No IT culture, factory policy are applied. No cab facility, weekly rotational shift. Even if you get late for 5 min you have to apply in portal for that with reason or getting late. No vending machine in office. If you do night shift then they will lock you out like you're in hostel. No medical room in premises.
