1. no growth...people are kicked around for years even though being performing very well. 2. All new recruitments starts from level one regardless how smart the person is, what qualification they have and the potential they have....dumb *** stupid people are promoted to Manager level who have no basic knowledge and no education... 3. Pay and benefits for level one who are the most productive of all...is very low...! Not at all competitive with the industry standards...and the current scenario...! 4. I was billed to the client by the company for 100 times more then I was getting paid....
