Pros
None that I can positively recommend. May be ok for fresh grads. Not a place to make career.
Cons
Extremely stingy company when it comes to increment. There are people across the various programs who have received increments as low as 78rs!! The max increment this year 2015 at teammate level was 2500rs. The majority of the people got salary hike between 50rs - 1500rs. Not recommended if you are looking for good salary. Salary hikes are given based on review points which are programmed against rewarding you for achieving 100% target. You get full points only when you achieve between 120 - 125% of your targets which is sometimes impossible to achieve based on your program. The review points are deducted at every available opportunity, For eg. if you exceed ur break even by 1 minute, you will be given an ERF which will deduct 2 points from Review. Now consider this if such disciplinary ERFs deduct 50 points in an year, then your review points fall drastically and you do not get salary hike. It appears like carefully planned exercise. Extremely useless review point system and not enjoyable to work. Company is good for lazy people with no aim in life. But for result oriented, self driven people, it will be a huge disappointment. They expect you to participate in company events like Motif Charity Walk, and to volunteer etc. But when you volunteer, you have compensate the lost production hours yourself. If the company takes you for outing or lunch, you still have to compensate the lost hours by sitting extra or coming on weekly offs. Every now and then they will cancel one weekly off and make you work for 10 hours compulsory. Night shift allowance is another joke. The vadapau wala outside Motif makes more money than Motif teammates. The environment does not encourage free thinking and self development. There is no culture to groom individuals. Infact, noone has time to even think of doing all that because management is busy trying to miserably meet client service levels. There was a time few years ago when the bad food and non availability of food in night shift was highlighted and the response from the ultra top management person (lady) was that they run a BPO and not a hotel business!! This response itself tells you the full story. If you are running a 24*7 BPO, its your duty to ensure that the employees dont go hungry in night and good meals are provided 24*7. Lack of parking facility. The parking is always full. Employees have to waste time trying to find place to park vehicles outside of premises. Overall, not satisfied here. Does not appear to be US based MNC. Its more like a desi stingy co.
