CEO is useless, brings nothing to the table. CFO is nasty to everyone. Development team has no clue what they are doing, constantly delaying new features while focusing on constant bug fixes. Very poor support and professional services. Tend to lose customers during on-boarding process. Sales team cannot sell because product is lacking functionality that is common among competition.
