Pros
Team was welcoming and we help each other with all tasks.Lots of interesting and fun stuff to learn , very dynamic.
Cons
Bosses are inept , they are bringing the ship down because they don't know how to delegate , they want to do stuff that has commissions for themselves but with our knowledge and they just don't know what they are doing. Only good thing they know how to do is daily inventory nothing more.No human resources in PR and just overall bad administration that brings morale down.Job would be awesome if a competent operation and general manager were on those positions.
