Wonderful place to be. The team morale is high and management is continuously looking to do everything they can for people.

Management is limited in what they can do. If you’re needing a promotion, a raise, or an accommodation, it needs to move up the chain.

Great work environment with no micro management. Lots of flexibility and great work life balance. Very stable job.

Very low pay compared to national and state averages. Interns paid as much as employees who have been working there for years. Very low yearly merit pay raises, and little to no bonuses even when sales goals are met. Very high work load with no help from higher ups as well.
