Pros
Great training program for recent college grads with minimum experience. You will have a lot of opportunity to network with mid to high level professionals in the tech industry - both on the tech and marketing side.
Cons
The pay is comical for the amount of work and time you are expected to put in. Employees have asked for fair compensation, leadership response was to cut 60% of the marketing department and "expand the role" of the remaining marketers and slightly raise their compensation to the rate that we should have been paid in the original role before the lay-offs.
