Pros

Good place to learn and develop business acumen. The money aspect is situational and circumstantial (if you’re in Phoenix, sure..comparatively you can make good money vs. NYC, San Francisco, DC, Boston, etc). Some people care, they’ll be crushed.

Cons

Dishonest, abhorrent behavior from leadership. Senior leadership will advance after misconduct, accusers and victims will sacrifice. Out of touch C-Suite. You’ll recognize if you ask them any meaningful questions (vs. them talking to you). Try it…see if you disagree. Regarding DE&I, if you know then you know. It will not happen with current directives. Majority of people are waiting out the company being sold (allegedly) in 2022. Any company purchasing this organization is outright misinformed. A lemon for sure. If you’re currently working here and don’t have a plan where you get a bonus based on being purchased (which, allegedly, many 1+ year people have)..get out.

Cons

Only con was it took a while to finally start the job, but that wasn't Motion's fault.

Pros

- Free Bagels - Good training

Cons

Pay is far below what the role demands. Management is unprofessional and sets unrealistic expectations with little recognition or reward. No commission is paid until 10 full-time placements are made. Health insurance benefits are poor. A culture of bullying is tolerated and goes unaddressed. Employees are encouraged to mislead candidates and use their personal information to generate more sales, which raises serious ethical concerns.
