Full life cycle recruiting ensures you're responsible and capable in the whole process from landing clients, negotiating rates and salary, stakeholder management, sourcing, closing, etc. You'll develop a strong technical background and how to be adaptable in high-stress, fast-paced situations.
Cons
Lack of prioritizing diversity and inclusivity is a MAJOR understatement. High-stress for the reward isn't for everybody and you can burn out fast. Super difficult to maintain work-life balance because the environment fosters chasing more and more and more. Taking time off for anything will have you playing catch up so many people felt guilty or were guilted and keep working. Obviously high turnover. Low pay for market.
