There's always work to do

The pay is low, you get accused of being the sole culpit of a video not having a good revenue when you have no say in what creators you work with or what videos you get assigned, and also you have no control over what happens with the video after you finish editing it, but its you, the editor, that will lose your job because you have a "low revenue" Also the amount of work in this company is crazy I had to work like 9 or 10 hours on average every day to meet the established quota, they will basically exploit you until you can't deal with it anymore and then they will not renew your contract
