Fantastic place to work - Front Desk Receptionist Motivation Weight Management Employee Review

I had a very positive experience during my time with Motivation. I was studying parttime and the owners were always very supportive regarding time off etc. when I needed it, as were my peers with regards to being flexible with rosters so that I could always meet my deadlines. I found the environment to be very warm and kind and enjoyed dealing with the clients. I was always encouraged to take on more responsibility and different tasks so I always felt that my skillset was being nurtured and developed. The team were very knowledgeable and caring and they always gave 110% to the clients. A good work-life balance was encouraged and the owners even planned events for the team outside of work which was great for team building and creating a good company culture.
