      nice close-knit family workplace, unfortunately housing industry downturn means company is stagnant and not much growth opportunities or allowing for independent work

      Cons

      slow to implement new technology or new ideas, design signs are out of date, senior management is out of touch and quick to cut jobs

      MSI is a great place to work. The people are friendly, the management team is knowledgeable and cares about their employees, and the work is interesting.
