Pros
As per the headline, this is a strong company with good people. A lot do their best to try and manage projects. There's an open door policy. As long as you keep on your work and produce results I don't think there will be much negativity.
Cons
Unfortunately, some people who don't know how to manage people are in positions they don't belong in.
Is management:
Insulting people?
Insulting peoples' work?
Ruining employees' mental health?
Bullying employees to the point where they cry?
Delegating work to other employees and leaving others out of the conversation?
Screwing up other peoples' work, potentially costing the company several thousands of dollars and saying absolutely nothing about it?
Becoming concerned with *personal* details of employees like what they do during time out of the office which is absolutely none of their concern?
That is not management. That is the actions of a child using methods of constructive discharge to get rid of employees the company doesn't want.
Constructive discharge as means for wrongful termination lays grounds for prosecution. Children that do this need to go to time-out.
