      Pros

      Pros - Leadership. The company is led by individuals that really understand how to motivate employees and build a solid software company. AgileThought hires the best and treats them that way.

      Cons

      Cons - None. There are some growing pains but nothing that isn't recognized and addressed.

      Pros

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
