Pros
AT is a consulting firm, so your experience will vary based on the project you work on, but for the project I worked on, the following was true: * They truly believe in Agile, and working there will give you solid experience with Agile * Good work/life balance. They expect us to do good work as professionals, but not micro-manage or demand "death marches". The only times I worked high hours were entirely voluntary, when I personally wanted to get something done. But I never felt like I was in a meat factory. * Reasonable, if not light, travel.
Cons
If you are a developer, your career advancement is the responsibility of your manager (an architect), but if he is detached & uninvolved, it can feel like you've hit a glass ceiling. Too much management responsibility placed on people who may have been hired strictly for their technical ability, not their leadership.
