      ability to work with people from different cultures/environments on a daily basis. The company is one that allows for a lot of individual growth in areas where you show interest and aptitude.

      The company works lean and so the pace is pretty furious at times

      Pros

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
