Everything went downhill after acquisition - Anonymous employee Motivus Employee Review

Employees are no longer people but the dollar amount on paper. US based employees are way too expensive on bottom line so company is firing US based employees and replacing them with people from LATAM. Everyone who once made this company great either left or was taken off project and let go. Leadership loosing business with big clients that were with AT for years prior to acquisition. All company culture has been lost. Performance reviews with merit increases promised in January and delivered with 10 months delay.
