      Pros

      They don't exploit you; depending on the client, the work is good but not excessive. The payment is good compared to local Mexican consulting firms.

      Cons

      I don't see anything major or worth mentioning; nobody is perfect, but I feel there is no noteworthy downside.

      Pros

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
