      Si te eligen para un proyecto con un cliente facil, digase de clientes con buenas practicas, procedimientos, buen trato

      Cons

      si eres elegido para un cliente complicado, con malas practicas, esos donde debes justificar que haces cada minuto del dia. Ademas no te dicen que debes estar conectado 10 horas al dia (en cualquier proyecto) hasta que estas formando contrato. Muy mala politica para pedir dias libres, por enfermedad, emergencia familiar, etc tienes que mostrar un justificante medico hasta de un resfriado.

      Pros

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
