The company culture was EXCELLENT; for those that were a match for the sprit and vision of the company, the camaraderie was incredible. I learned so much while I was there, and it helped me further develop into the professional that I am today.

Working with some of the clients could be difficult, for various reasons. For example, there were situations where the CLIENT forced me to ride the clock, and they (the CLIENT!) weren't concerned about the impact to the overall budget or project deadline. Sounds incredible, I know. And I know I sound crazy not welcoming that situation... but that's the kind of value-add people we were. Situations like that eventually got fixed, however, so all to the good.

There are still some good people there.

Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
