Pros
Coworkers were great. real sense of comraderie. Selling motorcycles is a ton of fun and you can meet lots of interesting people and build real relationships. Pay is pretty fair you can make very good money, just expect to spend all your time and energy there to get it. Spring/Summer events are fun that the dealer hosts.
Cons
Management throws a metric ton of extra work on staff and micromanage it all, and if it isn't all done expect to have your commission pulled. They WILL look for reasons to pull it. Never expect to leave on time, closing times are more "suggestions". An Inner Circle of people in the dealer control all that goes on, and if you don't fit in with them expect your work to be harder than normal. Certain departments almost seem to go out of their way to make your life harder. Very little teamwork between departments beyond maybe one or two. No room for advancement. Dealer carries a questionable reputation among biker community. Culture is very Pro Trump. Nothing else is tolerated.
