Regarding your concerns about compensation, we regularly conduct benchmarking exercises to ensure our pay remains fair and competitive. If an employee has concerns about how your pay compares to the market, we encourage them to reach out to our People team and present any information that supports this.
Supporting career growth is a top priority for us, and we are continuing to embed our Levelling and Progression framework into how we work. We’ve been focusing on improving how it’s used and understood, with additional training with managers to help make this tool as effective as possible.
