Pros

-Working for a company with exciting goals and objectives going forward. -Management is super accessible and always willing to talk and address concerns. -Employees are all legitimate car enthusiasts so it is a very fun atmosphere. -They have a tendency to promote from within, prioritizing hard workers. -People are treated fair and hard/exceptional work is recognized. -The company has made major strides recently in becoming more goal and milestone orientated, something everyone can appreciate. -Weekly paychecks

Cons

-Benefits such as 401k, health insurance and vacation days could be better. Benefits are par or sub-par generally.

Pros

There are a lot of positives to working at Motovicity. More so than any other employer I have worked at, Motovicity consistently provides the opportunity to get involved; specifically in initiatives bigger than one's individual role. It is also a place where you can openly learn about other departments and take on projects that are challenging, fun, and educational. On top of all that, their new facility offers Moto's employees a cool environment to work in and the company continues to expand, offering some amazing career advancement opportunities to those willing to learn and put the work in.

Cons

Motovicity is a very results driven organization. And, while I do not consider this a "con," (in fact, I'm pretty sure it's essentially the definition of work) I would say that Motovicity is not the right place for someone who is more interested in punching a clock rather than taking on a new project.
