Pros
Wide variety of projects across some interesting sectors and a drive towards being nearer the leading edge these days. Some opportunities for travel seem to be available but it depends on what jobs we are winning. Good work life balance and working environment.
Cons
Main gripe is the "employee owned business" aspect. To an extent that's true but the shares in the company rest with a small number and to get offered the chance to buy any you have to be a higher grade and then a favourite with your management. Very disappointing when you consider you can work on the checkouts at your local Asda and soon after be invited into their share scheme.
