Pros
Over the past 8 years of working for Mott MacDonald my role has changed and adapted to my skills and abilities as well as the changes in my home life (maternity leave etc). If you work hard then you are rewarded with opportunities and exciting challenges.
Cons
Salaries aren't brilliant but my opinion is that you don't do what we do for money, we do it to change the world.
