Business outlook
Pros
Good policy and focus on staff at company level Good benefits, particularly being able to buy leave Nice junior colleagues If you are in the right office you might get to work on some very interesting projects
Cons
Very poor work in some of the offices Local managers disinterested in staff. Usually try to second staff when workload is low, often to remote places in UK. Managers then make no effort to get in contact and can go many months without even hearing from your line manager. No training budget Lack of work results in those in higher grades hoarding work and means that graduates can be left archiving and burning cds etc
