      Pros

      Will usually pay you at MECA when you first join, good variation of work, coworkers are good in the clinic. Junior staff get good support

      Cons

      Pay rises are minimal and don’t follow meca, issues that arise are hard to solve via their internal HR system, no bonuses

      Minimum time allocated for admin, high admin demands, low CPD allowance, no contribution to APC/PNZ
