Pros
Flexible enough shifts, managers will give you preferred days off if asked in advance. Positive work environment and a sense of togetherness at the FOH. Very diverse workplace.
Cons
Minimum wage with very small raise, if any. Difficult to get to if you rely on public transport and many things that were important to know was in the role was taught in the moment instead of during training which can be overwhelming for some.
