Great manager, terrible senior management - Sales Associate Mount Street Employee Review

Senior management terrible. Very clique-y. They go back many years. CEO wants to operate like a big business but with the mentality of a start up. Budget is also like a startup. Refused to listen to any ideas. Inappropriate at after work drinks. CEO also on many occasions manipulated company figures, numbers did not add up across the books, figures were inflated for the market/clients. Not much work to do. Very bored,
