The team is Fantastic, overall fun to work with. Great benefits including season pass, decent discount on food and gear as well and some day passes for friends. Lots of fun events throughout the year.
Cons
Lift Operator shifts are long, be prepared for 10 hours of straight work. Can become tedious at times when traffic is low. Working the top shacks are also rough since you usually end up working alone for most of the day.
