      Was laid off due to declining loan volume. There is not much training either.

      Pros

      Decent compensation and benefits are not horrible as I have had in the past. Some of the co workers are nice

      Cons

      Sink or Swim training method. Technology is sub par compared to other financial institutions. Need to invest more in the employees instead of looking for new markets to try to saturate. Work Life balance became non existent when demands are high
