This was a great internship where I was able to gain valuable experience and exposure.

It was a volunteer internship so it was not paid.

There was a good network, even in patient care. A lot of people intern because they want to be a hospital administrator, but no matter where you are there are great people to network with.

The program of patient experience I interned for was difficult and really wearing. I just felt like I was surveying a bunch of people and it was draining on both parties, and I especially felt I got in the way of nurses. They have recently changed their program though, and it sounds so much better than where I was just last semester.
