      I have worked for Mountz for several years and have had aggressive year career growth. I have access to the tools I need to do my job, and our core management group supports new ideas for development. In the years I have worked for Mountz, I have seen changes for the better across departments. Management is flexible with my working arrangements and has been supportive through my maternity leave - twice.

      Small company feel, easier to communicate with everyone. Vested interest in company success. Great people overall, great products.

      Bought by SnapOn Too many touch points per sale Lack of communication from management, change directions on a dime (most likely due to acquisition) Territory will be ripped right out from under you with no warning
