It's a small operation that knows how to collaborate well and get things done. The leadership is open to input and is heavily involved with day to day activities. Everyone in the office knows how to keep each other accountable without being petty.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Move Matcher. The leadership team fosters a hard-working, but fun environment that helps employees to reach their goals. Additionally, I found that Move Matcher truly strived to provide the best possible customer experience for moving companies/properties and customers using the website. Because it’s a smaller company, employees get the opportunity to be creative and make a difference. The moving industry doesn’t have the best reputation, but Move Matcher is making a difference by only working with quality companies. Not only are they helping to make moving easier, but they’re helping customers find reputable companies.

I didn’t see any cons at Move Matcher, but left the company to change career paths.
