Pros
-multicultural team -I was lucky to work with a number of very professional and supportive employees -very dynamic and fast paced environment -got a lot of hands on experience
Cons
-there's no culture for employees recognition, no proper KPI's -huge workload and you have to download a TimeDoctor app to monitor your productivity which doesn't in reality -you are expected to work after hours a lot and over the weekends without any extra payment -low salaries/no benefits or bonuses -limited or no possibilities for professional growth -not very healthy environment in the office -no support from HR and poor quality trainings
