1. This is the best company to work if you are a fresher. Managers are very friendly and I have learned a lot from the people working in a company. 2. Founder and co-founder of the company treats their staff very well which makes it easy to put your thoughts and ideas into action easily.

Since, My internship was of 6 months, thy offered me full time opportunity during my 3rd month of internship, Company is just founded 2-3 years back. So, they are growing at a very rapid rate from the past one and half year. I don't see any downsides of the company.

- freedom to implement solutions - work is very deliverable based (and not time based)

- most roles are generalist and not specialist (but that is the case with all small startups)
