It’s a burn out job - Project Coordinator MovePlan Group Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to provide your comments. MovePlan takes all feedback very seriously and would like to provide a response. While MovePlan strives to have a great workplace culture, we recognise that we need to make some improvements in order to get there. This past year has brought about many challenges for organisations, and at MovePlan we decided to take this opportunity to look at where we stand today and what we want the organisation to be for our employees tomorrow. From our recent annual Employee Engagement survey, we learned a lot more about what matters to employees. That’s why we are focusing on what we need to do to build a culture where employees feel respected and valued for the work that they do every day. As part of this, we are focusing on Wellness, with local initiatives to help build more awareness about the importance of wellbeing at work. We also recognise that the nature of the work we do can be demanding and it is our goal to ensure that every employee receives the training and support necessary to make them successful. We are committed to working with our leadership team to make sure that they are able to better support our employees. We are excited about the positive changes that are on the horizon for MovePlan and we hope that together with your support, we can make this happen.
