I belong to team where tech CTO should have 0 interaction but here CTO puts hands even in OPS job, Sales and Marketing job. This guy wants to be every where without knowing the problems in each domain. Get ready for pay cuts further since the biz is doomed after covid, one tech team member who has backend data told there is only 2% traffic after covid impact. Too much work for ops people, there is very less scope for automation lot of manual work. Generated bills never match the customer expectations and causing the lot of rework. Tech too seems very old not easy to use and lot of bugs.

First of all stop bragging about food provided by the company which is a boderline health concern. Food used to be good, but quality was considered a cost cutting measure. Severe micro management and complete lack of direction about how the tech needs to be developed. Management should have empathy, all students who join MIS as interns ends up getting traumatised, forcing to work 996, with disrespectful wordings is not something one should deal with right at the beginning of their career. Insane levels of politics and everyones busy bad mouthing others. Since the culture is more about whose fault it is, and not prevention. Managers do not support or backup their team members but present them to the management itself to save their reputation.
