The company offers competitive pay and lots of opportunities to grow and develop your skills including OCS residency and clinical directorship mentoring. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The onboarding process allows you to understand expectations and gives you ample time to learn the EMR.
Cons
As a new grad, it takes six months to be allowed to enter profit sharing. This means you cannot earn an incentive bonus until 6 months in. This is offset by receiving smaller bonuses for the first few months.
