Pros

we have a lot of freedom i suppose but maybe a bit to much

Cons

most staff are lovely but some are awful !! They allow people who shake their cheeks half nude online and dance in placements on their ig and who talk badly about young people on their instagram to work supporting their young people with 0 consequences, they hardly ever sort out any of issues some staff snoop through your bedroom when ur out from placement. some eat your food other leave their mess lying around the house and their rubbish in draws or under the tables in my living room even after they leave shift because their to lazy to put it in the bin or they leave their food rotting in the living room overnight , fair enough in ur own house but not mine , management are rude to their staff and have no care for them , they’ll ignore messages when you confront them about an error they make . management where amazing when i moved in if i had an issue they would sort it reasonably quickly or if i needed something they’d get it but after a few months that all stopped and im left to do my own thing , they’ll only give me “free hours” when it’s convenient for them and they need their staff to cover w different placement rather for me being independent.

Can make good money if willing to put in the hours.

Cons

Staying at a placements for days at a time with no breaks, can't leave the house so can be isolating.

Pros

Some of the other staff are amazing…. But great workmates is not worth putting yourself in dangerous situations.

Cons

I was literally assaulted whilst working there and another time was put in the most scary situation of my life!!! Did management care? NOPE! And they still owe me money!!
