      -Overreached in what they were capable of handling -Ignoring customers to avoid delivering bad news -Left thousands of customers without working solar or any solar installed but took their money.

      Pros

      Moxie Solar is truly dedicated to delivering solar technology to its Customers using high ethical standards. It is a welcoming work environment, and they invest in training their teams so that they are experts that Customers can rely on to make informed decisions on implementing solar solutions. Very supportive management team that is working hard to lead the way in the renewable energy industry. Enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

      Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, it was 100% virtual team environment for employees not close to the headquarters. It would have been nice to have a little more "touch" with teams.
