Pros

Just a great group of smart, dedicated, self-aware people. It is both comforting and empowering to hear management say that a better you equals a better Mozenda and mean it.

Cons

We need to increase our ability to fail fast.

Pros

The technical support team maintains a great balance of having fun while achieving results. Besides having awesome coworkers, other perks include getting to use both problem solving skills and technical skills to address and fix a very large variety of customer concerns, getting to interact with a diverse customer base, and having access to other typical benefits such as a fully stocked kitchen, catered lunches every Friday, and a nice gym.

Cons

You're expected to work at least 20 hours every week, which can sometimes be difficult to manage alongside a heavy workload at school. It sometimes seemed like management expected this part-time job to be at least as important, if not more important, than your studies.
