5yThanks for sharing your experiences with us. Our people here are the biggest asset Mozilla has (brilliant and gifted, as well as passionate), and we invest a lot to ensure people are taken care of.
The past year has certainly been a tough one, requiring us to make some significant changes to adapt to an evolving internet (and world). This included changes to our strategy which has put us in a much stronger place to compete; we’re already starting to see some positive results of these hard decisions.
