Mpathic has given me an incredible opportunity to develop my skills and continue growing in my career. What stands out most is the leadership and company culture. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and encourages continuous learning, while the work environment promotes collaboration, respect, and teamwork. I’ve especially appreciated the willingness of leadership to share knowledge, provide guidance, and celebrate successes together.

I have not encountered any cons

I also worked at Mpathic for 2 years during the pandemic. I was elated recently to find another opportunity there. I love this company and the fact that they value human interaction, Kindness and above all Empathy. We have a wonderful team that genuinely cares for one another, and we work together as a team to benefit our clients and those who use them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for employment.

Earned vacation days do not roll over; you have to use them that year.
